I manage all things tech so that you don't have to. I'm a project and product manager with extensive nonprofit and education experience. I love spending my precious time on Earth working on solutions that make sense to real people!
When I'm not at the computer, you'll find me rock climbing, biking, hanging with animals, enjoying Chicago's beautiful music and comedy scenes and trying new fashion experiments.

I create and manage the product roadmaps for three education products and two marketing sites. This involves research, definition, asset management and plenty of project management. In an average day, I make decisions about product strategy, interface with contracted and internal colleagues, and implement copy and design updates across products.
Educator support lead • 2017-2022
As voice of the customer for our educator audience, I designed and maintained a customer success knowledge base, ticketing system, and feedback database.
Other experience
I've worked in the service industry, as an editor at a magazine in the Balkans, and as an English teacher in Russia, Serbia and Ukraine. I have a BA in Russian Studies from Colorado College.
